For 1 pallet, we can fit about 16 rolls.

It is usually shipped out within 3 business days using UPS Ground. For the lower 48 states, it will take 1-5 days.

Do you provide customized size?

Yes, we just started to offer precut size in 2'x4', 2'x6', 2'x8', 2'x10' and 2'x20'. If you need other sizes, please email sales@wakullamat.com. We can offer irregular shapes too; but you will have to meet the mininum order quantity, which is 10pcs. You can email us the design in 2D or .step file format.

We have a 7 day money-back-guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your mat, you can send it back to us for a full refund, except for the shipping and handling costs.

YES all our mats are UV resistant. A friendly reminder for outdoor usage, buy light color mat if you are going to walk on it barefoot on hot days.
