Shipping Options

During checkout, we’ll provide the freight cost, enabling you to decide which shipment method to use.

Standard Shipping - We use USPS for sample shipment, UPS Ground for products under 150lbs, and LTL Freight for shipments over 150lbs

Expedited and Express Shipping - We offer the option upon request with a handling fee via UPS Express

Store Pickup

We offer free in-store pickup. We will send you a ready for pick up notification email when the order is ready.

Processing Time

We process and deliver orders Mon, Tue, Thur, and Fri (excluding holidays).

 

International Shipping
We don't offer international shipping through online store. If you have such a need, you may reach out by email for international freight. If you need us to work with your freight forwarders please also email sales@wakullamat.com,

Others

If you order multiple items, you may get multiple deliveries. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email for each shipment, so you’ll know exactly what to expect and when to expect it.

Shipping fees are not refundable unless you receive an incorrect item.
